Incomplete forms will not be eligible (You must list something under each heading applicable to your entry or at least discuss the topic or one of the topics listed under each of the 10 sections.

4. Membership: (How to join. What fees might exist to join (monetary, slavery, forced, blood sacrifice, special initiation, career path or level requirements, race requirements, etc. detail the process)
5. Structure: (Is there a hierarchy? Internal mobility within the organization? How is it structured? etc.
6. Leadership: (Does the organization answer to a king? Deity? Lich? Who is it and how does the organization interact with the leadership - secretly via underground meetings, pilgrimages, etc.)
7. Location: (Or rumors of where they might have base of operations. How widespread the organization is. What they do to get more members and how they get to the location, if remote.)
8. Interaction/Relationship: (How they interact with other guilds, governments, religions. Who are their enemies? Who are then in competition with?)
9. How does your organization differ from all others? What makes them so special or unique?
10. Do they have secret rituals, holidays, special robes, handshakes, sacred verses or items they must wear and display? How do they identify each other or operate among others or behind closed doors?
