Not to my knowledge.
Personally, I'm still trying to figure out what I'm going to be doing around there, other than playing in a superhero game there that I've been involved in for a long time. I am planning on putting up blogging here at QT Games asap, so I don't think I want to start blogging over there, though I would like to keep up my connections with friends there and find new ones. So, I may occasionally post something there or play in some PbP game ... maybe, but I kind of doubt it. I tried to get the superhero game to move over here, but it didn't happen, so I'm still over there, though my interest in WotC has otherwise diminished considerably.
Goblin, I noticed that you've been posting ideas over there. You are also welcome, if you want to, to post campaign ideas, city, monster, fortress, etc. ideas in our very own campaign setting thread (and of course I'm always open to the possibility of anyone developing an area of Cosmothea (after a bit of discussion and as long as it is appropriate for the vision and theme of Cosmothea). There's lots of room for creativity, even within those boundaries, believe me. I've got one campaign setting, and worlds of superheroes, fantasy races, futuristic races, an amalgam of those and I'll even be doing some Cosmothea What If's - alternate Cosmothea's that I'll include in the game, like, "What if the Gnomes had never followed the high elves into the Xanadu realms, and instead stayed in Udanax?" and, "What if the high elves never turned to Gyria to help them defeat the gnomes," what if Kane had never stepped down and kept Mitra from returning to the realms after her delayed return?" So between What If's, vast corners of space and lots of planets, there's plenty of room for creativity among contributors (with credit given for any material used, of course.
